TT Energy Wallet ("we", "our", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS application. We believe in transparency and want you to understand exactly what data is and isn't collected.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

TT Energy Wallet is designed with privacy as a core principle. We explicitly do NOT collect:

  • Personal identification information (names, emails, phone numbers)
  • Device identifiers or tracking IDs
  • Location data
  • Analytics or usage tracking data
  • Private keys or seed phrases (these never leave your device)
  • Financial information (Apple handles all payments)
  • Contact lists or media files

3. How the App Works

Non-Custodial Wallet

TT Energy Wallet is a non-custodial wallet. This means your private keys are generated and stored exclusively on your device, encrypted using iOS Secure Enclave technology. We never have access to your keys or funds.

Local Data Storage

The following data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers:

  • Encrypted private keys and seed phrases
  • Wallet addresses and custom labels
  • Transaction history cache
  • Energy and bandwidth rental history
  • AML check results
  • App preferences and settings
  • Address book contacts

Blockchain Data Access

The App accesses publicly available TRON blockchain data (balances, transaction history, energy/bandwidth levels) through standard blockchain APIs. This is public information accessible to anyone.

4. Third-Party Services

Apple In-App Purchases

Payment processing for energy, bandwidth, and AML check packages is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive, process, or store any payment information.

TRON Blockchain Services

When you perform transactions, swap tokens, or rent energy/bandwidth, your wallet address is transmitted to TRON network nodes and service providers. This is necessary for blockchain operations and involves only publicly visible blockchain addresses.

QuickNode RPC

We use QuickNode as our RPC provider to query the TRON blockchain. Only your public wallet address is transmitted for balance and transaction queries.

SunSwap DEX

Token swaps are executed through SunSwap decentralized exchange. Only your public wallet address and transaction data are involved in swap operations.

5. Camera Usage

The App requests camera access solely for QR code scanning to input wallet addresses. No photos are stored, transmitted, or accessed beyond the immediate QR code scanning function.

6. Data Security

We implement robust security measures:

  • Private keys encrypted using iOS Secure Enclave
  • Biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) support
  • PIN code protection for sensitive operations
  • All network communications use HTTPS encryption
  • Screenshot protection on sensitive screens
  • No user accounts or authentication with our servers required

7. Children's Privacy

TT Energy Wallet is not directed toward children under 13 years of age. The App is rated 4+ on the App Store but is intended for users who understand cryptocurrency transactions.

8. International Users

TT Energy Wallet is available worldwide. Since we do not collect personal data, there are no international data transfers to be concerned about. All your data stays on your device.

9. Your Rights

Since we don't collect personal data on our servers, traditional data access/modification rights don't apply. However, you have full control:

  • View all your data directly in the App
  • Export your private keys at any time
  • Delete individual wallets within the App
  • Uninstall the App to remove all local data completely

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. CCPA Compliance

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have specific rights regarding personal information. Since TT Energy Wallet does not collect, sell, or share personal information, these rights do not apply. We do not sell user data to third parties.

12. GDPR Compliance

TT Energy Wallet is designed with GDPR compliance in mind through privacy-by-design principles. Since we do not collect or process personal data, the standard GDPR data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, etc.) are inherently satisfied. No data controller registration is required as no personal data is processed.
